During each mortgage ‘transaction’, that being a re-mortgage or a property purchase, we will keep you informed of the progress. We will send automated text alerts at crucial stages, so that you are conveniently informed of the progress of your application, we will also advise you at the outset of your ‘office based’ contact, who will also keep you informed of any changes or requirements.
To help build long term relationships we will contact you an annual basis, this can be via a quick telephone call or e-mail. This helps us keep in touch with you, but more importantly we will take note of any changes in your circumstances since our last meeting and take it into account when we meet again with our subsequent recommendations/suggestions.
Leading up to the end of the fixed rate/tracker period, we will proactively contact you in advance to avoid you reverting to what is normally a punitive rate and advise you of more competitive/relevant rates available. Our recommendation/research will be based on rates available with your existing lender or across the whole market.
Our business ethos is based on establishing long term relationships; that being with first time buyers, traditional home movers, re-mortgagors, anybody wanting to build/extend a property portfolio or anybody that needs mortgage advice.
