When Simon Upton, the Managing Director, set the business up he was tired of seeing the ways other brokers worked. Most were ‘transactional’ rather than wanting to build long term relationships with clients.
The business has evolved over many years and we rely almost entirely on word of mouth with personal recommendations being our biggest source of new clients. And we believe this is the best way to evolve.
We advise on every kind of mortgage, from residential mortgages for first-time buyers and next time buyers, let-to-buy mortgages and buy-to-let mortgages for first time landlords and those with large property portfolios.
Although our main office is based in the New Forest, we also have a base in London as a result of our connections with many professional clients based in the City. The majority of our London clients work within the legal profession, with many Barristers, International Lawyers included within our list of clients, as well as City bankers and accountants all of which we consider as long standing, loyal clients.
Our extensive product knowledge, coupled with strong relationships with all the major mortgage lenders, means we can satisfy every client need at the most competitive rate, often through access to rates that are unavailable directly in the market.
